February is National Children’s Dental Hygiene Month!

On Feruary 3, 1941, it started as a one day event in Clevland,Ohio. American dental association started observing February 8, 1949 as a day event, in 1955 as a week event and in 1981, as a month event.
According to the CDC, the most common childhood disease is Caries or Cavities, even though this is preventable.
Rule of thumb , stay active,make healthy choices for food and drink and brush your teeth for two minutes, two times with a flouride tooth paste, and floss daily.
Eat fruits and vegetables between meals.
Drink enough tap water in stead of sugary drinks.
Take your child at age of 1 to dentist.
