Snacking is part of most people diet, however there's a difference between bad and healthy snacking. Bad snacking is usually filled with high sugar, carbs, or extremely acid foods. With all these chemicals combined it can put people at higher risk of dental decay. Healthy snacking can be tasteful and fun for most children. Create healthy snacking at a young age. This practice will help your children get their taste buds used to healthy snacking.
